Good planning and proper packing are the keys to a smooth moving day. With these moving tips, you can ensure your move is efficient, safe, and stress-free. When your belongings are packed correctly and the move is well prepared, the moving process itself becomes significantly faster.

Please make sure that everything is packed and protected before moving day. This ensures the move goes smoothly on the day itself.
Packed boxes should be stacked no more than 5 high. When packing moving boxes, make sure not to overfill them: fill boxes only up to the handle openings.
All loose items from tables, drawers, cabinets, shelves, etc. must be packed into moving boxes or other storage solutions.
Ceiling lights, electronics, and washing machines should be disconnected in advance, and cables taped securely.

We also offer additional services for your move, such as disconnecting/installing washing machines and removing/installing ceiling lights.

How is the price of moving services determined?

The price of a move depends on several factors. The primary factor is the amount of items being moved. Particularly heavy or special-care items, such as pianos and large furniture, can also affect the price.

How is my property insured during the move?

Our services are covered by liability insurance, and we hold a valid transport license.

How do I choose a reliable moving company?

Choose a reliable moving company by carefully reviewing the quote you receive. Pay attention to the clarity and transparency of pricing. For example, if the move is offered at a fixed price, make sure it is not based on a limited number of hours that could increase the final cost if exceeded.

How far in advance should I contact you?

We recommend contacting us at least 2 weeks before your moving date, especially if your move is scheduled for the beginning or end of the month.

However, moves can often be arranged on shorter notice as well, so don’t hesitate to reach out even if your need is urgent.

How can I prepare for moving day?

Make sure all items are packed and protected well in advance to ensure a smooth moving day.

Boxes can be stacked up to five high.
Do not overpack boxes, fill them only up to the handle openings.
All loose items from tables, drawers, cabinets, and shelves should be packed into moving boxes or other storage solutions.

Do you offer temporary storage if my new home isn’t ready yet?

Yes, we can store your belongings if your new home is not ready when your current one needs to be vacated. We have no minimum storage time or volume limits. You can arrange storage for just one day or even several years.

Can I reschedule my moving day on short notice?

Yes, if there are available time slots.
